1. Scope of Services: Natalie Rose provides personalized lifestyle coaching and rope education sessions and lessons, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client. Sessions may include rope instruction, demonstrations, and discussions related to bdsm.

2. Safety and Consent: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. All activities will be conducted with explicit and enthusiastic consent. Any discomfort or concerns should be communicated immediately.

3. Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions, including personal details and preferences, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

4. Age and Consent: Clients must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate in bdsm coaching sessions.

5. Health and Medical Conditions: It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in rope sessions. Natalie Rose will adapt sessions accordingly.

6. COVID-19 Precautions: To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, we kindly request that individuals either provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or present a negative COVID test result obtained within 24 hours prior to arrival.

   While wearing a mask is encouraged, it is not mandatory. We value open communication and ask that if you experience any symptoms of illness within 48 hours leading up to or following the workshop or session, please notify us directly.

   In our commitment to providing a clean and healthy environment, we have implemented a state-of-the-art HEPA air filtration system enhanced with UV-C and ionic technology. This 360-degree HEPA filtration system effectively removes up to 99.97% of airborne allergens as small as 0.3 microns, making it ideal for large spaces of up to 266 sq. ft. The combined UV-C technology, ionic purification, and HEPA filtration work in harmony to eliminate and capture 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold, and fungi.

   Between sessions and workshops, we ensure a continuous flow of fresh air by opening windows and utilizing fans. Rest assured, our main rope room and restroom undergo thorough cleaning and sanitization, with all towels, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets laundered before every use.

7. Payment and Cancellation: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the session date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.

8. Communication: All communication regarding session scheduling will be conducted through designated platforms (Email, Instagram, FetLife). Messages are timestamped to ensure fairness.

9. Respect and Boundaries: Clients are expected to treat Natalie Rose and any assistants with respect and courtesy. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disregard for established boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session.

10. Feedback and Improvement: Constructive feedback is encouraged and welcomed. It helps Natalie Rose improve the quality of services. Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions.

11. Liability Waiver: Clients understand that participation in lifestyle coaching and rope education sessions involves a certain level of risk. By engaging in our services, clients waive any claims against Natalie Rose for any injury or discomfort incurred during sessions.

12. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By booking a session with Natalie Rose, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
